Interactive Line Graph, mouseover to move vertical line that will intersect with y axis and display value

Hello all!

I'm trying to create an event that will allow me to mouseover a line graph, and where the mouse pointer is - a vertical line would move left to right with the mouse, and give the line graph value at that particular data & y axis value.
