Interesting problem between excel2003 and excel 2007

Hello guys!! I have a question to solve about conditional formatting. I get a task in my office to sort a bunch of data into a simple looking table. I want to somehow use the conditional formatting bar to express the data visually.However, since I usually work with excel 2007, I found it no clue to make the bar conditional formatting in excel 2003 while in 2007 you just need to click-and-go. Could you resolve that?or anyone could suggest me better approach to the problem?
