Currently my interval is like this: How can I make data automatically sort into my fix interval?

Thanks, please teach me.

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

Are you saying that you want the missing intervals included in the pivot table? If that is the case then you would need to add data for those intervals to the data source.
A pivot table will only show results based on the data that is present in the source, not that which is absent.

Thanks for a quick respond.
can I merge 2 data sources (one is interval, one is data table) to create a fix interval table?
I actually tried it, but it still only would show the one is data source only.
