I have been using the code for last few years but today, I am getting an error below :-

Run-time error '-2147319767 (80028029)':

Automation error

Invalid forward reference, or reference to uncompiled type.

d = #12/31/2022#
If Now() < d Then

--> myDir = ActiveSheet.Range("P8").Value 'sFolder
myTempl = ActiveSheet.Range("P9").Value
NewDir = ActiveSheet.Range("P10").Value

Can someone pls help?

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Please show all code, not just a couple of lines. The cause of the problem could be somewhere else (e.g., how is myDir declared?)
What module is this code in?
What sheet is active when this runs?
What is the formula in P8 when this occurs? What is the value?
