Inventory Forecasting

Hi,

I would like to know how to create a inventory forecasting as i dun wan to be out of stock.

I have data for the usage for the past Nov 09 to current Jul 10. I need to create a chart to see the up and down to the monthly usage VS my forecast.

Can anyone help.....???
