Is there a way to not show any cell that has "$". In other words, when printing a certain sheet I need the dollars to not show up. So if a sheet named "Estimating" is printed, do not show any cell with dollars. Or make the text color white right before printing.

Can we do that?

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Are you wanting a VBA solution for this? Or a way to do this in native Excel, that would involve some setting up ( maybe )? If you format your dollar amounts using a custom style you can alter the style before printing to be a white font.

GlennUK,
I think VBA is fine with ONPrint.
If I understand you correctly, your saying have conditional formatting take place at the time of print?

For the non-VBA method, you use Custom Styles, Home/Styles/Cells Styles/New Style and create a style of MyDollar, with the normal dollar formatting, and apply the style to all the cells you want to hide at print time ... then before you print just change the style to have a white font, then print, then change back. You could even do the style alteration part within Excel, if you wanted it automated, and you'd have complete control of which cells printed or not.
