invoice number changing reference and date containing special character

Good Day All,

I am just curious whether am I able to auto generate invoice number based on actual date and reference number

Eg my invoice number goes like this : 007/MM/YYYY
reference number is 007 in this month , which i need it to increment , and when a new month comes by , it goes back to 001

plus i need it to be saved as an excel in company server under file say : Invoices
