IRtdServer.Heartbeat Method help needed

Hi All,

I need to know almost instantly when my RTD feed fails in order to immediately terminate a background routine. It seems that I can employ the IRtdServer.Heartbeat method to return an integer which will be greater than 0 if the feed is connected.

I can google up plenty of references, but no practical examples.

Could anybody help out ... I know the servername.
