Is it possible to automate send mail from excel?

I have a file which reads internet files every hour. My goal is to automate Excel to send mail to several addresses after handling the files...

Is this possible?

yes, look up ActiveWorkbook.sendmail

Or MAPI Mail

Or setting Outlook as your Object.
