Is it possible to change one line of an excel macro using another macro or VBA

Hello,

I have produced a spreadsheet for several people to use and included a very small amount of VBA coding within a 'private sub' routine.

I accidently used VBA code "f.DateCreated" to check the date of a file on the C drive but should have used "f.DateLastModified".

I don't want to send the spreadheet to everyone again and I don't want everyone to go into the VBA editor and change the code.

I was hoping I could send a spreadsheet to everyone with a button on that they could click and this would update the code in the spreadsheet stored on the c drive.

Does anyone know if this is possible and if so how? I've spent hours searching the net for help and can't find anything.

Thanks
