Suppose I have a range of data with 100 rows and there are 5 rows with no data.

How to create a new range with 95 rows continuous data without using VBA ??

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
You can try sorting the data - this is if i have understood your query correctly.
