Is it possible to have a pivot chart be either treemap or waterfall type?

I took an Excel test recently where one of the questions asked which of the following 3 choices are permissible as a Pivot Chart type? The choices were:

1) Pie
2) Waterfall
3) Treemap

Naturally, I had no idea, since I don't use pivot charts. Afterwards, I tried making a Pivot Chart in Excel, and based on the different data sets I tried using, it would not allow Treemap or Waterfall, but Pie was ok. The problem with this discovery is that the multiple choice test listed 4 possible answers:

1) All three
2) Both 1 & 2
3) Both 1 & 3
4) Both 2 & 3.

It did not have an option for just the pie chart by itself. I figured I must be doing something wrong, and maybe these other chart types are valid. Anyone know for sure?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
All three types are possible - your data isn't always in the correct structure to create a particular chart however. You need to be aware of what each chart shows and what chart would be applicable for the data you have.

For instance, you can't really plot a 3 variable data set to a treemap as it doesn't make sense e.g. sales by store name, city and country. Like wise this wouldn't work for a pie chart.
