Here is the scenario, hopefully you boffins can help

We have two printers in the office. Printer 1 = Card and Printer 2 = Paper....

With each customer order we have to print a sales order workbook for our production dept, which has to be printed on card.

We also have to print a quality workbook for our production dept, which has to be printed on paper. Currently we have these sheets in different folders on the system and we have to complete and print them separately.

However we are thinking of linking the sheets so that information from the sales order, updates the quality sheet automatically.

So the question is: Is it possible to print two separate workbooks in different folders on separate printers at the same time? Thus cutting down a time consuming process of filling each sheet out and printing.

If there is a solution then i imagine that it is quite complicated.

Thanks for viewing/helping in advance.
