Hello,

I am merging data using the Kutools Add-in. I have around 200,000 rows which have to be merged to some smaller number of rows. How do I know if excel is still merging or it just froze?

I hit CTRL+ALT+DELETE and hit Start Task Manager. Then, under Applications I have the following:

Advanced Combine Rows with a status of "Running" and Myexcelfile also also has a status of "Running". So based on this can I assume that I should give excel more time to do the merging? Or did it freeze? I don't mind giving it more time to merge.

Best Regards ... and thanks

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
As your working on 200,000 rows I suspect that it's still running.

As a matter of interest, what are you trying to do & what code are you using?
