Most limits in Excel are determined by available memory.
It is hard to tell what is going on with your Excel as you do not say what your "calls on a button" are doing.
What does the button code do?
Don't know about your code, you have not yet posted it.
Didn't say "there is no limit on how many things you can call". As with many things Excel can do, it is limited by available memory.
Calling a macro 5 times in a row is not likely to be limited by memory. More than likely the "skipping" you mention is do to what the code is doing. Please post your code if you want assistance with it.
