Especially Selection-->Format-->Change Case-->Sentence Case.

Just an FYI, but typing entirely in CAPS is hard to read (and kinda' rude, as it's interpreted as shouting).

I must be in a good mood. I completely missed that and ALL CAPS used to be a pet peeve.
