Is there a formula that has same effect as alt enter?

I am combining 3 cells together in one cell. Between the value of each cell I want an enter. Is there a formula that adds an enter the same way hitting alt enter inside a cell adds an enter?

Try like this

=A1&CHAR(10)&A2&CHAR(10)&A3

and set the result cell to wrap text.
