Is there a proper way pof deleting a pivot table?

What I do now is sinply highlight the area where the pivot is located and press delete, then clear the formatting left, etc. Or is the pivot is in a separate sheet, I simply delete the sheet.

There must be a proper way of deleting a pivot table...right?

Advice appreciated.

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Hi PATSYS

Right-click on it, choose Select>Entire Table

Then,

if you want to delete it:

right-click on it again, choose Delete

if you want to erase it:

Edit>Clear>All

There are surely other ways.
