Is there a way of creating a bar which moves along with the time?

hi all,

I've been creating a spreadsheet for an ict task which states that the business i am producing the spreadsheet for "is open for sixteen hours a day and is staffed by two separate eight hour shifts." "the model should take account of relevant legislation covering the amount of breaks staff members are entitled to take during each eight hour shift."

What i would really like to do is produce some sort of bar that runs in time with the current time on my laptop and when it reaches hour "14:00" it then says something like "staff shift change" and also i would like to do the same for times "12:00" and "20:00" except these will say "staff 20 minute break"

if anyone can guide me with this it will be very appreciated as i have no idea where to start.

Thanks for the suggestion, but i was hoping for something more along the lines of a shape- i dont think it can be done though.

You could do it using a modeless userform but is the effort worth it?

i don't even know what that is but im willing to give it a go, thanks for the help - on second thought if you think it takes a lot of effort i think there is no point me even attempting such a thing im a bit useless with macros
