Is there a way to disable Outlook popup message?

Using excel I'm sending a worksheet and an outlook popup window tells me that a program is trying to send an e-mail on my behalf and if I want to allow that, along with a few other words and a choice of Yes, No and Help.
Is there a way to disable Outlook popup message?
