Is there a way to dynamically update wordart text?

I have a toolkit that I'm in the process of evergreening.

When the quarter being calculated is selected, the names of the tabs are changed to reflect the months in that quarter.

There are a lot of tabs, so I'm in the process of adding a navigation page. This has a series of buttons (ie pieces of wordart) linked to sheet activation macros.

The question is, can I make the wordart dynamic so that when the months change the buttons change to match (there is a list of cells driving the sheet tab changes which can be used for the buttons as well)

If not, can anyone suggest another way to build the macro anchors (I've just always used wordart)

Also, is there a way to link a public macro to a selction of the value from a validation list (the tab name change macro currently needs to be run manually)

Thanks!

Ellie

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
If you have a formula in cell A1, you can link your word art to that cell so that it will automatically reflect the result of any new calculations of the formula.

Just select your word art, enter =A1 in the formula bar, and press ENTER.

Just set up an appropriate formula in A1 (or whatever cell/s) to link...
