Hello,

I have 2 colums that loook like this:
1001
Billing
Shipping
1003
Shipping
1005
Billing

<tbody>
</tbody>

I want it to look like this:
1001
Billing
1001
Shipping
1003
1003
Shipping
1003
1005
Billing
1005

<tbody>
</tbody>

Basically, I want to fill the cells in the first column with values until the next value. If that makes sense.

How can I do this? Please help!

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Select the first column, press f5, then the 'Special...' button, choose Blanks from the options and press OK.
Now type = then press the up arrow followed by Ctrl+Enter.
Finally you can copy the column and paste special - Values to convert the formulas to values.
