Hi
I am trying to create an auto table in excel for a daily work schedule for my employees.
I would like to have the names of employees in colomn "J". addded to a table on the left automatically.
Each employee would start and end at different times given in columns "K" & "L",
and must have a one hour lunch break. they must also follow certain rules which are,
not more than 2 hours on:-
"Duty 1" or "Duty 2" in any one go without either a lunch break or a minimum or 30 minutes on another duty (mainly duty 4.)
Also each employees can not take a lunch break before minimum of 3 hours of duty and must take by a maximum of 5 hours on duty.

Basically then I would like to be able to enter on a daily basis the employees start and finish times into colums K & L. and the table will be auto filled with employees names making sure they never do more than 2 hours at a time (minimum 30 minutes) on Duty 1 and or duty 2 without the one hour lunch break or duty 3 or duty 4.

I really hope i made this as clear as possible

thank you

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
