Hi, I have a doubt to clarify.
heres what i wanted to do, lets say for example,
if my question was..

Highlight loss (negative income) in red and bold it.
Highlight profit above a certain lets say >$10,000 in blue and italic it.

Is it possible to command excel to do such things?

Programming excel to italic/bold/underline or even change the font colour if the value was exceeding a certain amount.

Thanks in advance. =D

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Sure.

Have a look at conditional formatting (format --> conditional formatting).

Got Format -> Conditional Formatting

You can tell excel to change colors formats etc when certain conditions are met.
