Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.

You can't really construct a formula based on a cell format.

What makes the cell red now? Is there some condition that causes that to happen?

Yes you are right. I just figured out what I have to do to make this work. Thanks.

Hi:

I have the conditions in L25:L758. The condition are "Outstanding" or "Settled".

I want to color the cells in column H25:H758 red for "Outstanding" and no color for "Settled") if the above conditions are met in L25:L758.

I intended to use conditional formatting but I can't seem to make it work. Could someone advise.
