If (specified criteria) has Values in column K then use Values toward column J of (specified criteria).....Ex: Column K (5) used toward column K (7) = 2 in column K

so it would be something like this

if any Line item has (PT) in column E and Value in column K

then use that value toward column J of any line item that has (Reg) in column E

I would like the value from column K used to be subtracted from it's original place when being used toward column J so really the value used toward is being displaced to column J and whats left stays in column J...
