HI Guys,

Really sorry for the basic question i am having one of those days when excel wont do anything i ask it lol

i have a row of data that has comments in it or they are blank, unfortunately someone before my time manually wrote in all the Blank comments the word Blank.

what i would like to do is a column next to the verbatims what says If Cell A2 (Comments) ISBlank or says "blank" then 1 if not 0 i have tried this multiple different ways and none are working again sorry for the basic question.
