I am in search of a complex Amortization Schedule.
Loan has Prime Payment changes (floating rate) with monthly payment changes. I will be running the am schedule to audit a payment change mid stream on the loan. This would be a term loan with regular P&I payments.

I need a way to enter outstanding accrued interest that has accrued since the last payment date which would also account for rate changes in the last month or principal reductions.

Also I need a way to enter if the maturity date is different then the due date on the loan. Example due date the 1st and maturity date the 20th.

Thanks! Nancy
