Hey guys, I'm having an issue where I have 2 separate exports with data that needs to be combined into one. The issue I'm getting is that the data from one export is showing on different rows than the other, so I have a bunch of blank spaces everywhere. I can't just collapse the blanks because they won't line up. I've tried using a vlookup, but that is not producing the results I need since there are sometimes 2-4 of the same column I'm searching (since there are 2 exports). I also tried consolidating my column search to a single list with no duplicates on a separate book, but that is only giving me a result on the first row if there are multiple in the original sheet.
Basically I need to make the data all move to the first row from any duplicate rows with the same identified below them. Any ideas other than manually copying and moving them all to the correct line? I have about 1200 rows, that will take forever.
An example of data I need is below, imagine the data being spread between respective rows but also through about 8 columns with different pieces.
Apple Red
Apple Green
Banana Yellow
Banana Peel
Banana Short
