Hi All,

I seem to have an issue I have multiple sheets like this, some it effects and others it does not,

Q:AH when inputting values into H:M when I go below in this case row 75 it starts adding the formula from above Q75:AH75 where formula was not, I've been selecting the area and then deleting that seems to work in removing the issue after it has happened but it's becoming a frustration as I don't understand why I'd like to try to prevent this if possible does anyone have any ideas please?
