Issue with Solver to make a function zero by changing two parameters

Hello
I have a bunch of equations connected with a function that must be zero only by changing two parameters (these parameters affect the equations). In Data tab I use Solver and set objective to vale of zero by changing the two variables using GRG nonlinear. When I press solve, It seems it cannot solve it and makes one of the variables to zero.
Is there a way so I tell the solver not use zero during solving?
how can I solve this issue?

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Out of curiosity, could you check File > Options > Advanced, and then scroll to "When calculating this workbook" and see whether the "Set precision as displayed" option is checked? I've encountered situations where if it is checked, Solver won't return a meaningful result.

It would help if you post the file, so we can see the model.

This is part of the code I attach here. My question is how can I make output of each line to see what exactly the line refers to? for example in the following, I need to know what is the value for "ActiveCell.Offset(donum, 0)"? Is there any command I can add to output each line? Thanks
Sub Opter()
'Application.ScreenUpdating = False
'Call Module1.Iterations
Do While IsEmpty(ActiveCell.Offset(donum, 0)) = False
If mini = 1 Then
Call selecterMini
Else
Call selecter
End If
Set changev = Selection
ActiveCell.Offset(off, 0).Select
