I have a formula problem =WORKDAY(E255,$I$282,Holidays!$A$2:$A$9)
E255 is the date in the cell above. We will use 05/29/2008, I282 is the number of days it takes to get a unit online 1.5 days, holidays are the days we are closed. So the dates in Colum E should be every 1.5 days but I cannot get it to do that, It counts every day minus weekends and holidays. HELP PLEASE!!

Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
The help function for workday states:
"If days is not an integer, it is truncated. "
so your value of 1.5 is being truncated down to 1.
What are you trying to do with your worksheet & formulas?
