JavaScript Dictionary: Excel file 2 html list. Help me pleas

I want to use an Excel file with word and definitiond in it. The words will be displayed in a form/list in Javascript and the definitions will be displayed on a webpage. Could someone tell me how to do this? ray:

I want to have an excel dictionary. Words in column A and definitions in column B. That's the easy part.

Then using JavaScript I want the words to become a list (in a form) on a HTML page.

<option VALUE="../12mo.htm">12mo</option>

This is what I'm using to open webpages now but I don't want to make one hundred thousand HTML pages. How do I get the Excel info into the list?
