Jay - I'm looking to copy info from one file to another but with a twist. I only need info from sourcefile columns 4, 7 & 12 for example that meet three criteria found in cloumns 1,2 &5. Once found, copy paste values to masterfile then continue looking down/next row in the sourcefile for matching records and paste addtional info to masterfile....

I've been searching and I've notice two things - no one has same exact question and your code is tight. Looking forward to learning much from your assistance.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)

Instead of asking for an individual's help perhaps you could post some more information so that all board members can help.:)

I'll agree your request probably doesn't have an exact match already but this kind of thing is one of the most common requests on the board.

The reason that you won't find an exact match is because the solution for each request generally depends a lot on what you actually want to do, ie there's no real overall generic solution.

If you really want help only from a specific person try PMing them.
