In the example i have added in the sheet i have Date out. The date my product has been sendt to cleaning
And article name.
and personal user id
Date inn. retuned after 7 days

In need a formula that can count how many items of each art. i need for each user.
Items are peronalized. so they cant use items from other users (even if its the same art.)
if the item is not returned from cleaning before they need another one i need to have ekstra in stock.
So need to know ho many need in stock at any given time.
in my original sheet i have 400 users with different usage. its to hard to calculate this manualy

I have tried diffrent variation of count function but cant find a way to reduce stock when its delivered.

If anyone could help me with this it would be nice.
