Keeping a userform on screen

Im sure that I saw this here before but cannot locate it via search.

When using a worksheet how can you continue using that worksheet even when a userform has popped up.

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
You need to set the Userform property 'SHOW MODAL' to false.

Just a little sidenote:
The showmodal is only available in 2000 and XP but not in 97.
