Keeping correct links when copying workbooks with formulae

I want to create a template folder with various links as follows:

Datasheet.xls
Folder 1 - Detail1.xls and Summary1.xls
Folder 2 - Detail2.xls and Summary2.xls

- Summary1 contains links to Detail1
- Summary2 contains links to Detail2
- Detail1 contains links to Datasheet
- Detail2 contains links to Datasheet

I have set up this folder, but I would like to be able to just copy and paste this folder and have the links in the new folder reading within the new folder - but instead the formulae read from the original files.

The only way I can find to do this is to open all 5 files at the same time and save them in turn to the folder. However, this is not very efficient for the number of times that I have to do this so I'm hoping that you guys know a better way :)

I was also wondering if it is possible to rename 2 linked files while closed (e.g. in Explorer) and have them remain linked to each other (under the new name) rather than Excel searching for the old named file?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
I would copy the files across, open the one that is liked to the others and then use "Links" from the edit menu to change them. However, it will still work quicker if you have all files open.

This will be quicker then saving all files.
