I have the following formula . =IF(AND(F63 >= 85, F63 <= 100),"Pass","Fail")
After the cells are added this formula says pass if the contents in the box are greater then 85 but less then 100.
I want to when the condition is true and says pass I want to minus one box from the total of boxes received to keep track of inventory. The total number of boxes received is in cell C3. So every time we check contents in box are good then pass so up then minus one from C3.
Any Ideas
Thanks
John

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
