Is there a formula that can identify if a word in one column appears in another?

See example below - I would like something that in column C tells me yes or no (Rows 1,2& 5 in example below should be YES)

Column A Column B
BUSINESS_NAME CORE_COMPANY_NAME
MICROSOFT SALES ASSOCIATES CURTIS & ASSOCIATES LLC
WSCR RADIO115 BOURBON 115 BOURBON STREET
DIALCOM SYSTEMS INC 5TH AVE COOP LAUNDRY 5TH AVE COIN/OP LAUNDRY
EDWIN SARKISSIAN A A TRANSMISSIONS
WSP ENVIRONMENTAL HOLDINGS INC ADVANCED ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Exactly how specific should your match be? I noticed the third record has 5th Ave on both sides, would that be a match? If there was a partial match on unique rows, should that be counted?
