Keyboard shortcut for Paste Match Destination Formatting (M) to use with Wacom Tablet

I'm setting up a button on a Wacom Tablet for pasting into Excel. I need the keystrokes to Paste Special -> Paste Match Destination Formatting (M)

Tried several variations on the (M) and can't figure it out

Hi. If you need to keep destination formatting then why not pasting as plain text?

If I CTRL+Alt+V it brings me to a dialog to select pasting as plain text. I'm trying to minimize key strokes and mouse clicks not bring up new dialogue boxes. If I just CTR+V it removes my borders and formatting.

Try with:

[Context Menu Key] + [V]
or
[ALT], [H], [V], [V] (one at a time)

The first option will bring up the context menu though.
