Hey Everyone,

Does anyone know a shortcut to adding a comment and then returning to the next cell to enter documentation?

Thanks so much for your help!

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Thank you so much - but, can I change that to something a little less - you know - like control something or, I guess /im is better than having to hit the mouse.

Thank you again

Shift-F2 will get you into edit mode for an existing comment.
Don't know any hotkey to create one other that what Brad suggested using the Standard menus.

You can create a macro with code like this:
Code:
ActiveCell.AddComment
Then use your own Hotkey for that macro.
