We have just had some canon print software installed that defaults to Black & White duplex printing.
If I print multiple tabs and select Colour, Single Sided I get 2 pages correct and the rest comes out black and white double sided.
I spoke with canon and they say it is a known issue with printing mulitple tabs from excel. however I didn't have this problem when printing the same document on our old xerox machine.
Is this true?
