KPI Not Working

Hello,

I have been trying to get a KPI to work and have no idea why this isn't working for me.

I have a calculated field 'Adjusted NOI MAPE'. I go to PowerPivot > Calculations > KPI > New KPI.
Select KPI base field as 'Adjuste NOI MAPE'. Then I set target value by Absolute Value to 0.
I switch the color scale to Green/Yellow/Red. I define the thresholds at 0.01 and 0.03. Then hit OK.

When excel adds the Status to the Pivot Table is shows up all as -1.

I have the 'Adjusted NOI MAPE' values and 'Adjusted NOI MAPE Status' listed. I can see that several of the values are in the 0 to 1.0% range that should be green.

Please let me know if you have any thoughts on what I'm missing here?

Thanks,

Chris

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
It's amazing what a good night's sleep will do. I was able to come up with a solution. Instead of using the absolute value of 'Adjusted NOI MAPE' I changed the KPI to be based on another calculated field. Since 'Adjusted NOI MAPE' is just the mean absolute percentage error of a forecast, I set the the KPI Base Field to be 'Adjusted NOI Forecast Var' and then based in on the calculated field 'Rolling Adjusted NOI' which is the name of the forecast field.

Still not sure why it didn't work the way I set it up to begin with. But this solution works for me. Woo-hoo!

On second thought, this still is not accomplishing what I need it to. It doesn't work for any of the totals or subtotals.

Please help if you have any solutions on using the absolute value.

Thanks!
