Label caption depends on Windows user

So I have spreadsheet "A" with names in one column and addresses (one column with address another column with city and zip code) in the other.
The other spreadsheet "A" has a Label (ActiveX controls).

I want the caption of that label (spreadsheet "A") to be the address that corresponds to the name in the table in spreadsheet "A". The name varies according to the windows user. So it would be taken from there.
