I have Windows 98 SE and Office 2000 installed on my machine. Can anyone tell me which of the two programs actually sets the date/time settings in the Regional settings in the Control Panel?

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Thanks for that. Does the Office software not have a say in this? For example the locale ID (LCID)?
