any one ever heard of a Translate macro that changes the language of a sheet perhaps with a drop down of languages or flags or something? I have a fom that is used internationally and the overseas folks don't always understand the english very well, So I thought that maybe I could install a translator macro button. any Ideas?

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.

Probably not for free. try Google:

If it's a few relatively common words, phrases, you could build a reference and use vlookups to change them, but I can see it quickly becoming a full-time job.
