Sorry about the confusion the above doesn't make sense. My 1st post on the forum.

The report needs to show PO#, Vendor, Item, qty, date and subtotal.

Below is what I am trying to achieve. The original data PO# & Vendor are on separate rows from the $cost & date & subtotal.

The workbook has 180000 rows of data, by sorting and copy would take forever.

Any ideas & help is greatly appreciated.
