Hi all,
I have a reasonably large workbook that I work on at the end of every quarter.
Each time I make changes to it, I have to make a formula change. However, when I drag the formula down to copy down the rest of the column, it takes about 15 minutes to complete. During that time, I can't do anything else in Excel.
The spread sheet has a page of data, a Pivot Table on another page and then the page that I'm making changes to has a few VLookup columns.
The page I'm working on has approx 2500 rows. The whole workbook is 3.1mb.
Is there any way that I can speed up this process? Is the file size too large, and if so, what is the best way to reduce it?
Any help on this would be much appreciated.
Cheers, Mel
