Last 20 dates

I am have a list of dates and I am trying to extract the last 20 dates and then I want to look at the Diff column numbers [that is associated to the date] and get the average of the 10 lowest differentials out of the last 20 dates.

yes, I have gone in and changed the ranges to fit on to my actual spreadsheet [dates are the "F" column and the Diff is the "AB" column]

=AVERAGE(INDEX(SORT(INDEX(SORT(((Sheet2!F$18:F$38)Sheet2!$AB18:$AB38)),1,-1),SEQUENCE(20),2),,1),SEQUENCE(10)))

As they are no next to each other you would need to use

=AVERAGE(INDEX(SORT(INDEX(SORT(((Sheet2!F$18:F$38):(Sheet2!$AB18:$AB38)),1,-1),SEQUENCE(20),23),,1),SEQUENCE(10)))
