Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Can you place some punctuations signs in your question?

Welcome to the forum,

Select the Page Setup Tab and on the left you have Page Setup, click the little arrow at the bottom right that will show you the normal Dialog box and select Sheet from there.

You mean "Header and Footer" or "Rows to repeat at top"?

For top part of sheet use "Rows to repeat at top": Page Layout tab -> Print Titles -> Rows to repeat at top. Point to range you want to be at rop.
For bottom part use footer: Page Layout tab -> Dialog Launcher (in bottom right corner) -> Header/Footer tab -> Custom Footer.
